Sponsorship and donations
We are a charity with no official funding to help us provide our free weekly service to our listeners. We also supply specialised players to our listeners.
We appreciate ALL donations, however small, as we receive no funding from government or local council. If you’re a taxpayer and send – or have sent- us a donation, we can reclaim the tax you would’ve paid on it if you let Wendy know you pay tax. Put a note in with your gift or phone the office.

Become a regular subscriber (and potential prize winner) by joining our Talking Prizes monthly draw for only £25 per annum. The prize each month is £50. For more information, please contact our office.
Borders Talking Newspaper is registered with Easy Fundraising. This organisation lists numerous companies, including Amazon UK. Comet, Currys and Debenhams, who will give a donation to your chosen charity if you purchase online from them. They will donate from 1% of your payment upwards. This may not seem a lot but it all adds up and it costs you nothing!
