On entering Innerleithen take the second road on right, B709 signposted Yarrow, St. Mary's Loch (Traquair). At Traquair War Memorial (approimately 1.5 miles) turn left onto the single track road - there is a local signpost Southern Upland Way - and the hall is on left.
