Live a Life is an independent, collective advocacy service for people with learning difficulties.

Advocacy is a way of helping people to have their say and increase their confidence. We are a group of people who get to support each other over different things.

Members of the group may support one another on individual issues and the group as a while may campaign on something that affects everyone.

We have five groups in the Borders - in Galashiels, Duns, Kelso, Peebles and Hawick.
