There are places called 'Citizens Advice Bureau' all over the country. Often their name is shortened to CAB. CAB offices are not run by the council or the government so the advice they give is 100% independent. They offer friendly, free and confidential advice on things like money, work, housing and changes in the law.
CAB can help with benefits, employment, debt, housing and relationship issues.
If you have a question that’s bothering you, then get in touch. Remember, there's no such thing as a stupid question!
The volunteers at CAB are friendly and understanding. They will treat your query seriously, in confidence and give you as much help as is within their power.
You can just walk in and speak to someone. To find your nearest CAB visit: www.cas.org.uk
