AGEING WELL...in the Scottish Borders

People are living longer and those over 50 are now the largest section of the poputlation. Health problems tend to increase as we age but there's a lot we can do to stay physically and mentally well. There are many opportunities to stay active and enjoy life by improving social networks and learning new skills.
