Governance

The Board of Directors of Scottish Borders Community Development Company, trading as The Bridge, comprises both independent directors and those representing one of the three local area groups.

The Convener of the Board is Alan Herd and the Company Secretary and Treasurer is Andrew Findlay.

Local area groups meet in each of the three areas: Central Borders, Roxburgh, and Tweeddale. Members of these groups represent the interests of member organisations of The Bridge and the local community
