Provides a free independent, confidential advice and information service on a wide range of practical issues including debt, benefits, employment, housing and other issues. We can assist with completion of benefit claim forms and with debt negotiation. Objectives - to ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of awareness of their rights and responsibilities, or of the services available or through an inability to express their needs effectively, and to exercise a responsible influence on social policy both locally and nationally.
