To maintain an efficient team of trained voluntary personnel to give aid to anyone suffering accident or in danger (primarily in the hills and moorlands) in the Lothian and Borders police area. To promote safe practice in the mountains and hills. Activities; in addition to attending call out and closed training sessions, the team can be booked to attend events or give talks to other organisation about the work we do.
