Scottish Borders Childcare Partnership was set up in 1999 to deliver the Scottish Executive's Childcare Strategy, supporting the development of good quality, affordable and accessible childcare. It has a membership drawn from the statutory, voluntary and independent sectors with representation from providers of early years and childcare services for children 0 - 14 years, elected members and local enterprise.
