To preserve and further the practise of traditional Scottish Country Dancing. Above all, to ensure that the dancing is enjoyable, offering plenty of opportunity for friendship and fun. Emphasis on correct dancing techniques.
To promote education, fitness and pleasure.
In each class, step and figure practice, learn new dances, reels, jigs and strathspeys. Practise familiar dances.
