A befriending service linking adults with learning disabilities throughout the Scottish Borders one-to-one with compatible and trained volunteers so they can meet up on a regular basis to do activities of their choice in the community. The Buddies Branch works mainly with Borders College, supporting adults with learning disabilites to attend evening classes with the suport of a volunteer. Borders College also places Highers Care students as volunteers.
