The Federation supports those running Village and Community Halls, throught Central Borders. The Federation acts as an umbrella body for the rural halls. Halls are owned by the local community and are run by local volunteers. Activities - regular meeting to support the halls as well as training sessions, such as Health & Safety, Fire regulations Licensing and funding.
