A fantastic tour round New Zealand taking in the Rugby World Cup a sky
dive for charity and a cross country trek made a very interesting slide
show and talk at the first meeting of the year for Newmill & Teviothead
WRI Kirsty Dunlop's photography was very inspiring and greatly admired.
While her sky dive for the Margaret Kerr Unit at Borders General
Hospital raised over £3,000! It was clearly obvious from the many
pictures that New Zealanders completely entered into the World Cup
spirit. The landscape and rugby have already been the inspiration for
some canvaswork by Kirsty and members are looking forward to seeing the
completed article. Competition results for the evening were Action photo
