Spring has sprung and our woodpeckers have had two babies who are now feeding everyday in the garden, which is wonderful to sit and watch.
I'm job hunting, having been made redundant - deep joy!
For the Paths Group - We took a stall at the village Jubilee event, the Olympic Torch passed by, and this week we held the AGM.
All the gravel we obtained from People's Postcode Trust has been spread on Leader Water and this has made a vast improvement to the path for all users.
We are still trying to resolve issues with Millbank and waiting ( hoping) for funding for the Jubilee Path.
The synchronised strimming team is out working as much as possible - pity, its not an olympic event.... maybe we'd get funding.............
And it keeps raining and raining - we think the bedding palnts are actually shrinking from too much water and a lack of sunlight!
Given in and having a small sherry - hey, ho!!!
