Emergency Card
Carers who told us that what they REALLY needed was to feel ‘peace of mind’.
"What happens to them if something happens to me" was a heartfelt plea we often heard. So we answered with the simple to use 'Emergency Card' service.
The introduction of this scheme aims to lift that cloud and give some comfort to carers AND cared for.
Please download the information here, complete and send to us at The Carers Centre. You will be issued with 2 emergency cards (one for you and one for the cared for) Please keep these in your wallets, then, if the worst were to happen, the number on the card will be called, and your emergency plan will fall in to place immediately.
