BAVS have been contacted by Amber Dryden, a Community Learning Officer at SBC, to promote the Borders Action pages on the Radio Borders website which the council maintains and helps promote content for.
Amber says:
"If you have any information on events that are happening in the borders and would like a wee bit publicity on the radio, pass it on to me and I’ll put it up on the website. Some events that you might want to promote could include; Coffee mornings, youth events, music theatre and arts, charity events, fayres and other different types of events too. You can either e-mail me direct or upload the information yourself to the Borders Action page on the Radio Borders website on www.radioborders.com. Make sure to include as much information as you can e.g. names, dates, places and times etc. Also, if you are uploading a charity event, let me know what you are raising the money for and I can plug that too."
Amber can be contacted on 01896 755110 or amber.dryden@scotborders.gov.uk
